Located up in the hills, the quietness and tranquility of the surroundings are a plus for those seeking some rest. the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. the breakfast selection is decent, but nothing to brag about. the pool area is a highlight of the hotel and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The hotel lacks some essential amenities. the absence of English channels on the TV is a disappointment, particularly for those wishing to keep updated with the rest of the world.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They provided us with an upgrade to a large suite due to ongoing construction work nearby, but we hardly noticed any noise. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it a good base to explore the surrounding regions. We also enjoyed the beautiful views from the restaurant terrace. The hotel's facilities were impeccable, and cleanliness was maintained to a high standard. Breakfast was good, and we received a free Konigs card with the hotel, which provided us with several good discounts.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The breakfast buffet was decent, with a variety of options to choose from. The outdoor pool was enjoyable, especially during the hot weather. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby natural attractions, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and town from the terrace.
Some of the rooms were below expectations, lacking in basic amenities with no views. The service was slow and inattentive, making it difficult to enjoy the dining experience.

I had such a wonderful stay at this luxury hotel! The location is absolutely breathtaking, nestled up in the mountains with stunning views from the balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities and a lovely sitting area. The staff here are top-notch, always friendly and accommodating. I really appreciated the Konigs Card that was included, which gave me free access to so many activities and attractions in the area. The on-site playground was a hit with my kids, and the restaurant served delicious meals.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel spa was amazing - the perfect place to unwind and relax. the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the location, as it was easy to get to nearby attractions and had stunning views from our room balcony.
